T-M32

The T-M32 is a fully modulating, gas fired, tankless water heater perfect for commercial applications. With gas inputs of 240,000 BTU, the T-M32 can produce enough hot water for four bathrooms in warmer climates. An ASME version is also available.

Available for indoor and outdoor installation, the T-M32 supplies hot water to domestic hot water systems (directly or indirectly) which can be used with storage tanks, recirculation systems, hydronic heating systems, radiant floor systems, and/or domestic & heating applications.


  • Maximum flow rate of 9.0 GPM at 35°F temperature rise (5.5 GPM at 70°F rise)

Outdoor Vent Cap
The TM-VC32 Outdoor ventilation cap is used when the tankless hot water unit is to be installed outdoors.  Installed over the flue collar, the cap prevents debris from entering the unit.

Temperature Remote Control
The TM-RE30 Temperature Remote Controller allows the output temperature to be adjusted beyond the factory settings, and works as a diagnostic tool for error codes.

Pipe Cover

The TM-PC32 Pipe cover is designed to be attached directly to the bottom side of the unit to provide a cover for the pipe connection entry.

Multi Unit Controller (Multi Unit System)
The TM-MC01 Multi system controller is capable of handling up to 20 units at one time.  It also works as a diagnostic tool that provides error codes.
